However, at its sole discretion, the Company reserves the right to screen, block, edit, remove, or change the manner in which Your Content is displayed in the Service.
Additionally, you represent and warrant that the Company is not and will not be responsible for Your Content, and that:
(a) you have all licenses, waivers, and consents required to upload Your Content to the Service and grant the Company rights to use it.
(b) the Company is not, and will not be, obligated to make any payment (including royalties) to any party for the use or display of Your Content in the Service.

This license is granted without any obligation to pay royalties or any other compensation. If you expressly approve it, the license will also include the right to distribute Your Content and make it available to the public. In addition, you hereby waive, in favor of the Company, any moral rights in Your Content and undertake to obtain similar waivers from every creator of the content.<\/p>

    (c) refrain from uploading images, content, or information relating to another person, or content protected by third-party intellectual property rights, without obtaining explicit authorization, a license, and consent to use it in connection with the Service.
    (d) not sell, license (or sublicense), rent, transfer, or share your rights under these Terms of Use with third parties.
    (e) not distribute, copy, transmit, or share the Service or any part of it.
    (f) refrain from using deep linking or framing in connection with the Service.
    (g) not use the Service or distribute any part of it in countries or jurisdictions where doing so is unlawful.

    To use the Service, you must create a user account by completing the registration process. During registration, you will be asked to provide an active email address and choose a password. You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential.     After your registration for the Service has been approved by the Company, and subject to these Terms of Use, you may use the Service to: (a) upload personal content for printing on products; or (b) upload and design content on the website for printing on products.<\/p>

    Use of the Service and the products is subject to payment, as detailed during the order process. The prices displayed are in New Israeli Shekels and do not include delivery charges, which will be specified separately when you place your order. All prices, including delivery charges, may change from time to time at the Company\u2019s sole discretion. The price applicable to your order is the price shown to you when you place the order, and it includes VAT. Payment will be made using payment methods approved by the Company, such as a credit card, upon completion of the order process and before work begins on printing the product. Payment is made directly to the Company\u2019s account through secure payment-processing services.<\/p>

    When placing your order, and subject to Service availability, you may choose delivery to the address you specified. The inventory of products offered through the Service may be limited, and there may therefore be cases in which the ordered product cannot be supplied. In such cases, the Company will offer you an alternative product of equivalent value. If you do not wish to receive the alternative product, you will be entitled to a full monetary credit for the ordered product.<\/p>

    Deliveries are limited to the delivery areas of the Company and\/or courier companies acting on its behalf. The Company reserves the right to reduce, change, or cancel delivery areas due to conditions such as weather, a shortage of couriers, or other restrictions. If the delivery details you provided are inaccurate or incomplete, or if you are unavailable at the address at the time of delivery, a delay or failed delivery may result in your being required to pay the cost of the order and delivery.<\/p>

    For order-security purposes, the Company may require additional verification, such as confirmation by SMS message, WhatsApp, or email. If the required verification is not completed, the Company reserves the right not to provide the Service.<\/p>

    With respect to promotions, the Company may offer, modify, end, or cancel promotions at its sole discretion. There may be a delay in updating or cancelling promotions on the website or in the Company\u2019s publications.
